Returns and Exchange Policy

30 DAY REFUND-POLICY

  • We offer 30 day refund for 100% of the invoice value for all products up to Rs.100000
  • All refunds wiIl be processed once the product is thoroughly checked by our Quality Assurance team
  • Any item that shows sign of wear or has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged will not be accepted for 30 Day Refund
  • In case discount or promo codes have been used, the refund/ exchange amount will be reduced by an equivalent amount
  • We offer complimentary shipping for refund, exchange and resizing of products
  • Ashmika reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers and specific products. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.
  • Additional 15% will be deducted from the refund value if the customer does not have the Invoice.
  • Products must be returned with original certificates, in case of misplacement of the certificate, the products will be sent for recertification. Cost of shipment to and from the certification centre to be borne by the customer.

Exchange

  • 100% of gold and diamond value at current prices
  • Once your item is returned, our Quality Assurance Department will review it.
  • In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
  • If the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
  • if the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase.
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
