  • “Ashmika” is a trademark of the website owner and cannot be used without explicit permission of the owner
  • All jewellery prices may change without prior intimation due to variations in gold rate
  • Return/ Exchange amount will be equal to the amount paid by the customer in accordance with our returns and exchanges policy. Discount value will be deducted from refund/ exchange amount
  • All diamond jewellery products are certified by IGI or SGL ,while we do not certify gold products, (bangle for charms and certain charms) we provide hallmarking of all products
  • Use of this website is governed under laws of Maharashtra.
  • As per the current guidelines mandated by the Government of India, a customer has to provide the Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases above INR 2 lakh.

PRICING INFORMATION

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR OF-FERED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF ashmika.in.

ashmika.in may revise and cease to make available any product/ services at anytime. In the event, it is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. Ash-mika.in shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the or-der or delay in delivery.

Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and gem prices, so our prices change as well.

Prices on ashmika.in are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.

The website owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, dam-age (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. Governing law and jurisdiction

The Terms of Use and the Policies shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. For proceedings arising therein the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of the Terms of Use and other Policies on the Site, between the parties hereto, shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by mutually and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be held in Mumbai.

For disputes relating to orders outside India, International arbitration rules of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 shall apply. The seat and venue of international arbitration shall be Mumbai.
